Hit Trainer sammelt keine Personendaten. Die App hat keine Konten, keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Analyse-Tools und stellt keine Internetverbindung her.

Welche Daten die App verarbeitet

Deine Patterns, Songs, Ordner und Einstellungen (z. B. Tempo, Sound, Bildschirmoptionen) werden ausschliesslich lokal auf deinem iPhone gespeichert. Sie werden nicht an mich oder Dritte übermittelt. Wenn du die App löschst, werden auch diese Daten gelöscht.

Sofern du Geräte-Backups über iCloud oder deinen Computer aktiviert hast, können diese Daten Teil eines solchen Backups sein. Das richtet sich nach deinen Einstellungen bei Apple; ich habe darauf keinen Zugriff.

Keine Berechtigungen

Hit Trainer nutzt weder Mikrofon, Kamera, Standort, Kontakte noch Fotos. Die App erzeugt ihre Klänge selbst auf dem Gerät.

App Store und Apple

Download und Updates laufen über den App Store von Apple. Dabei verarbeitet Apple Daten in eigener Verantwortung gemäss der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Wenn du in den iOS-Einstellungen dem Teilen von Analysedaten mit Entwicklern zugestimmt hast, stellt Apple mir allenfalls anonymisierte Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken zur Verfügung. Diese lassen keinen Rückschluss auf deine Person zu.

Deine Rechte

Du hast nach dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) und – falls anwendbar – der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung. Da ich über die App keine Personendaten erhalte, gibt es in der Regel nichts, worüber ich Auskunft geben könnte. Bei Fragen melde dich gerne per E-Mail.

Änderungen

Sollte sich an der App etwas ändern, das den Datenschutz betrifft, passe ich diese Erklärung an. Es gilt die jeweils hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

What data the app handles

Your patterns, songs, folders and settings (e.g. tempo, sound, display options) are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to me or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data as well.

If you have device backups enabled via iCloud or your computer, this data may be included in those backups. That is governed by your Apple settings; I have no access to it.

No permissions

Hit Trainer does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or photos. All sounds are generated on the device.

App Store and Apple

Downloads and updates are handled by Apple's App Store. Apple processes that data under its own responsibility according to the Apple Privacy Policy. If you agreed to share analytics with app developers in your iOS settings, Apple may provide me with anonymized crash reports and usage statistics. These cannot be traced back to you.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Since the app sends me no personal data, there is usually nothing to disclose. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.

Changes

If anything about the app changes in a way that affects privacy, I will update this policy. The version published here always applies.
